His extensive world travel has inspired him to create a lifestyle for himself and his family that reflects his passion for luxury, quality and function. His aesthetic has been refined by his constant attention to detail which he sees as the difference between good and great. He has invested in multiple properties over the last ten years, owning several popular vacation rentals. With this Hudson Valley project, he is excited to share his love for luxury finishes, quality craftsmanship and functional design. Originally from Washington state, he currently lives in New York City with his family.

With millions of square feet built and a variety of building types, he’s worked for himself as well as medium and large sized firms. He has also served as the Director of Design for a commercial real estate developer. Currently a Principal at a well-known commercial Architecture firm in Denver, he leads a design team with a focus on commercial multi-family, workplace and hospitality projects found throughout the U.S. Nate is an active real estate investor and owns several properties in Colorado and Washington state.

As an owner of a construction firm that completed over $60 million dollars worth of projects, he has the knowledge and expertise to bring projects to a successful completion. He is also a real estate investor/developer owning multiple properties, including commercial and residential in Washington State. Cy currently works as a consultant on large projects in the Pacific Northwest.
